A Team!

A team is a Family. We stay together through the good and the Bad times. But we always stick together. We my let each other down but we forgive and start a new and work together for the better.
Like a family a team cannot pick who there team mates are. They learn about each other and have to live with who they got. But they have to work together for the better of the team. Being egotistical and thinking you can do things better then the guy next to you will only lead to failure. We have to listen and learn from one another and pull together and be strong. If not we will DIE.
It is time that you all start pulling together. If you are hurt or you just don't feel well about the team. It is time to stand up and get to know who you really are. Do we die or do I prove the world wrong and pull together with your team mates and work hard for the team. This is were the real and true men and family step up and lift the rest to a higher level. We can only succeed by pulling together. Who is willing to do this? Is there anyone? I hope that you understand that without teamwork and without working hard in this sport called American Football, We will not survive. It is up to you.
It is time to overcome our greatest fears and lean on each other as a team, as a family. I hope you are ready to meet this Challenge.
